Article 20 immunity deta h against retrospective criminal laws........ Because age vo uss time pr crime nhi tha to nhi isliye kisi ne kra to vo guilty nhi h Or agr uss time pr vo kaam as a crime mana jaata law je hisaab se to shayad vo banda vo kaam ni krta

@@krishnapriya455 nahi, sir ye samjha rhe hai ki article 20 se jo crimes humne law banne se pehle kiye hai usse bacha sakti h lekin jab case chal rha hai, us time agar koi security amount apse manga jata h court ki traf se to vo apko dena padega.. Matlab security amount apko jama krna hoga, usse article 20 apko nhi bacha sakta.
