प्राइमरी तो कॉन्टिनयूटी दिखता ही है, वो ठीक ही होगा। 350v vcc कैपेसिटर पर नही, DC bulk कैपेसिटर पर आ रहे होंगे जो 400v या 450v का कैपेसिटर होगा। अगर इतना आ रहा है तो अब प्राइमरी वाइंडिंग पर स्विचिंग् चैक करो दोस्त ❤️👍

धन्यवाद दोस्त। आपका प्यार ही मेरी ताक़त है। हौंसला अफ़ज़ाई के लिए बहुत बहुत शुक्रिया। यदि IC का इनबिल्ट मॉस्फेट खराब है तो IC बदलनी ही पड़ेगी क्योंकि बाहर से मॉस्फेट लगते हैं तो उसको ड्राइव सिग्नल देना पड़ेगा और वो सिस्टम IC के अंदर ही है, बाहर किसी पिन पर नही। इसलिए IC के साथ कोई जुगाड़ नही चलेगा।

आपके समजाने का तरीका बहुत अच्छा है. दो बार वीडियो देख लेने से सारा परिपथ और फॉल्ट की समज दिमाग़ मे दही की तरह जम जाता है. इसलिए परिपथ मे फॉल्ट ढूढ़ ते वक़्त वीडियो देखकर काम करने की जरूरत नहीं होती. आपके वीडियो देखने का सिलसिला dd फ्री डिश setup box की smps,लोड पर सभी वोल्टेज ड्रॉप करता थी. KZbin पर कई वीडियो देख ने के बाद भी इसे ठीक नहीं कर शका. आपकी 5 वोल्ट के चार्जर की रिपेयरिंग की वीडियो देखने के बाद इसे ठीक कर शका. मेरी 63साल की आयु मे इतना अच्छा काम आपका ही देखा है. धन्यवाद!

Bahut clear concept hai sir g apka. But mera ek doubt hai ki pwm section quick test karne ke liye pri. Tx ke dono point me hum dc volt kaise test kare (hot testing) jab pcb under testing hai kiyu ki apne to series test se test karne ki salah de hai before rectification

MOSFET ko bahar nikal kar, PCB par gate aur source ke beech LED laga kar bhi switching check kar sakte ho dost ❤️👍

Sir transfer primary winding show shorting and no switching. Vcc cap. Voltage is 19. Switching ic 2 pins show 325 volts

Primary winding always show short by multimeter. VCC voltage is okay. Switching IC drain pin shows 325v, while it's not switching...
