Previously RIGHT TO PROPERTY is in 19 (6) as a Fundamental Rigth but after the 44th CONSTITUTIONAL AMMENDMENT ACT this RIGHT TO PROPERTY replace from Fundamental rights and kept in Article- 300 (A) of Part- XII as a LEGAL RIGHT.

originally the constitution provide right to property under Article 19 (1)(f) and 31 but after 44th constitutional amendment Act, 1978, it is made a legal right under Article 300-A in Part-XII of the constitution.

1)Article 31 is shifted to Part 12 i.e., 300(A) in our Indian Constitution. 2)Article 20 & 21 cannot be abolished. 3)Article 300 (A) is Right to Property ,A Legal Right not a Fundamental Right.

UP high court decision was inclusively right . The formal education system must be applied on every student . 17 lakh students in madrasas are not getting any scientific studies and real world solving knowledge . Those lakhs of students will again become teachers and religious people in madrasa board other than that they are not doing any positive good change in society .

Previously ' Right to property' was the fundamental right in part 3 of Indian constitution. ' Right to property' was removed by 44th const. ammendement(1978) from the category of fundamental rights and added as a legal right in A-300(part 12) of constitution...🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
