Do not update on pop up reminder. Update your v380 to v380pro or latest v380 app before updating firmware, make sure your ipcam wifi connection is full bar and internet is fast before updating. If the old firmware is working fine for you, DO NOT UPDATE, this might kill your v380 ip cam. If you can live without your old v380 ipcamera then proceed to update. as of January 26 2024 i have just finished updating 7 bulb type v380 ip cam model 2018 with no problem. Update in camera settings, look into the firmware or sofware tab, it will scan for update if there is you can update, listen carefully to the voice prompt, be patient, quit only after the camera restart and connect it self on your wifi before quiting update. After update it will support timeline on video playback and it will show also the whole day recording. Unlike in the old firmware events playback only, most of the time it cannot show whole day recording at once. You have to log in and out many times hoping it will show but in my side it doesn't, you need to take out the sd card and run it on your computer to see all the recorded videos.

Hindi pa po ako nakatry ng paid, pero you can ask help sa feedback, but It should come along to a compatible camera after successful update, i guess.

Kung nag o on pa po pakitry po ireset by pressing reset button then icheck kung naka connect po sa wifi.

Try unplug then replug your camera, try to press and hold the reset button longer. Try same process without micro sd card inserted.

@@Swapno6662 im sorry 😞 your firmware update didn't go well. I cannot recommend any procedure that works for i haven't tried it first. Maybe some other video tutorial may help.
