The min requirement to get 3 turn for RMC and Serval is just slightly above 10000/150*(3-.73)=151.3~ SPD. About RMC's crit dmg. The increase is small so 240 ~ 250 should be already enough. Didn't nerf my planar when swapping relics so i didn't notice it. Although this is still obtainable.

It's based on: 1. If you like her, I would say take her. 2. If you wanna know if she is good, then: A. If you have Robin + another Harmony like Sunday, Ruan Mei, etc (for 2nd team), I wouldn't recommend (😞) as Robin gives lots of buffs even E0 (even less worth it if you have Robin E1 bcuz of the Res PEN Robin has on E1) They say she will be good for this patches' characters, tho.

I'd say no. Consider most people hate farming speed for their support for some reasons. ( The fact you can swipe money for damage and not SPD alone ). Reducing SPD Breakpoints are very valuable.
