Sir apne kaha hai ki duties are not legally enforceable and those three points which were not consider unmese ek bolta hai ki agar nahi kiya to penalty lag sakti hai. mujhe iss point pe doubt hai sir. also agar aap ek telegram bana denge to easy hoga sir.
