Ok, these are E0 heroes, but I don't understand where so much damage comes from?.. My DOTs do the same damage with Black Swan E1, Ruan Mei E2S1, Robin E2S1, but this is just funny. In the video the characters went 4 times in 0 cycle, what? Where did they get 267+ speed?

Maybe the super break damage does something.... just guessing here. And about the speed yeah I got no idea. This is test server so they could potentially do whatever that want.

Ohh, right. More delayed action means more Black Swan Arcane charges. Also, Doble Break means doble Break DoTs... Fugue isn't the best DoTs partner, but has some synergies there 😅
