Stock 5.3 is capable of 700hp plus when you add boost.. and we’ll over 1400hp with forged internals. Everyone in the comments crying “that’s it?” Need to seriously do some homework

It amazes me that my Mini with a stage 3 tune and a 42mm turbo makes that little 1.6 push just over 300. Wonder what this would do turbocharged? 500?

He said it came with a small block in it originally, so at least he didn't pump the work into the body, but yeah 260hp is LOOOOW for an LS. Somethings fucky with the motor. If you want 400hp, K-swap, building a BMW B48 (The engines in the 3rd gen coops), a VW VR6 possibly would have done the job for far less work. Still, once the engine is actually dialed in, it should reach 400 relatively easy.

Something isn't right. Unless it has lifter failure, lifters will not put it to 400. Valve springs/cam combo should put it close to 350-400. Also never once mentioned LS displacement. Iron or aluminum. Lots of information that could have been added to this video.

Tune is bad, it should of be around 400 yes o yes with a good tune I want to say even 380 but 200 it’s definitely a tune issue, no big problem tho shit is amazing

factory that engine makes 350hp. So, its way down on power. Maybe a proper tune will fix that issue and get it breathing fire! Regardless, that much power in a mini is ridiculous anyways, you can whip that thing around all day long with 300hp.

Pretty sure he's got a hurt motor...I've got a 6.0 with heads, cam, intake, and exhaust and I'm putting 385 to the ground through an auto on a pretty conservative tune
