I like watching pro play *way more* with in-game comms rather than shoutcasters. And the shoutcasters are still great. You get a rare glimpse into the emotion and human element in league with in-game comms, though. That's something that is missing in normal pro play recordings. If pro League can better capture the notion that these champions are piloted emotional humans, it would make the sport way more fun to watch like it has been in the VODs you've uploaded in this series. I can **feel** these games and my heartrate legit spikes during key moments when I'm able to hear the players involved. GGs

@@piotreus5631 ​ For the record, he did weave an auto in. He wouldn't be able to reach for another auto without flashing, but he could still have flash auto'd afterwards. Having no flash on a low mobility mage invites spam ganks and dives in competitive. Either way they get drake, while if he flashes Ziggs will lose 1 more wave but Nemesis doesn't have flash and could get caught out. Again, it may or may not have been worth flash autoing to get the kill, but there's 100% more risk involved in spending flash when the dragon was already guaranteed at that point.

@@SweatIRL actually what u saying holds logic, but securing the kill gold even if he flashed is so worth it simply because as you said drake is secured, its 9min into the game theres no more objective to contest and if he can grab himself a plate there 500g early game is game changer, not to mention ziggs used tp so he will be losing xp and neme grabs himself kill xp so i assume a level difference, being in that position you have two options you can choose from , either you make no move hold e when support or jungle are missing or what i personally prefer in those cases since i will be having faster wave clear i would fast clear every wave and look for rotation

Yeah op teams, poorly thought out finals, and having a bunch of best of 1 games in the bracket with no time for scrims were all big mistakes. I think the worst part of finals tho is that you couldn't hear team comms during the finals. Yes I understand it's in person but the reason why these streamer tournaments are so popular is because streamers are entertainers. Half the entertainment in these tournaments typically comes from comms. If you can't hear team comms in a streamer tournament then you might as well watch pro instead. So I think not having team comms during finals defeats the purpose of streamer tournaments.

because when its early the super minions dont help you at all, just give free farm to enemy + sometimes deny your own farm since they push hard.

Denies a lane of your farm, and gives them a lane of farm perma in their base. It’s good to take when you have scaled enough as a team and taken enough outer turrets that you can actually pressure other inhibs with dives and siege while the supers draw attention, but before then it’ll help enemy team catch up. Also if theres baron / drake soul point, taking the opposite side inhib is very good ofc, and mid is good cause it makes it easy to take control of either side of their jungle, but it’s rare that you start getting mid inhib early over one of the sides.

in real (pro/high elo) games its almost impossible to end without baron or big teamfight kills. baron doesn't spawn until 20 and enemy is low enough level that respawn timer isn't as long so respawn defend is a lot more likely. for reasons other people have said it negatively affects your team's econ so the cons far outweigh the pros
