The life of Mother Hortense Ernestine Jones Willis, wife of the late Bishop L.E. Willis, II and mother of jurisdictional prelate, Bishop L.E. Willis, II, was celebrated in full Pentecostal splendor by the jurisdiction she co-founded, the Virginia Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, COGIC, on Saturday, September 22, 2018.
