Happy Rainy day Kavitha mam . I never liked vattappam because of its yeast smell .some sour smell. When I watched your video I thought of giving it a try and made it 2 days before.your recipe is so perfect, it turned out so spongy and flavour ful with out the trade mark yeast smell.
