વડોદરા ની પ્રખ્યાત તીખી સ્વાદિષ્ટ ભેળ કચોરી | Vadodara Famous Tasty Spicy Bhel Kachori

Today's recipe is "વડોદરા ની પ્રખ્યાત તીખી સ્વાદિષ્ટ ભેળ કચોરી | Vadodara Famous Tasty Spicy Bhel Kachori". This is very popular street food item of Vadodara. This is spicy and too tasty. This is wonderful recipe to try.
Ingredients & method of Bhel Kachori:
100 grams all purpose flour
3 tbsp suji
Salt to taste for dough
Warm water for dough
Mix all ingredients as shown in video. Knead dough. Keep dough to rest for half hour.
For dry masala of kachori filling:
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp saunf
1 tbsp besan flour
Half tbsp garam masla powder
Half tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chili powder
Half tbsp aamchur powder
Crush all above ingredients in mixer all together. Kachori stuffing masala is ready.
After half an hour, dough has become softer which is suitable for rolling kachori. Make medium size balls from dough. Roll kachori from dough ball using pin. Apply some flour on both sides while rolling. Stuff a tbsp masala in rolled kachori. Cover stuffing masala from all sides and make stuffed ball. Roll it again of the size of big kachori. Roll all kachori in this way one by one.
Heat oil at slow to medium flame. Fry kachori in oil. Flip sides intermittently till both sides turns light brown in colour.
Our fried kachoris are ready for stuffing bhel inside.
Now, we will stuff bhel inside kachori to make tasty bhel kachori.
Ingredients for bhel.
Masala fried mamra (Puffed Rice)
Green chutney made from ginger, chili and coriander leaves
Red chutney made from Lahsun (Garlic), red chili powder
Dates (Khajur) - Imli chutney
One boiled chopped salted potato
One chopped onion
Sev (An Indian snack made from besan flour)
Spicy bundi (An Indian snack made from besan flour)
Coriander leaves
For making bhel, mix all above ingredients one by one starting from mamra in a bowl. Add all chutneys as per taste. Mix everything properly. Bhel is ready to be stuffed in kachori.
Now, for making our today's item bhel kachori, we will break upper layer of kachori by stroking finger or spoon. Pour in all three chutneys in an little quantity. Stuff bhel inside kachori. Stuff it tightly in all corners of kachori. Now, add chutneys above bhel as per taste. Add sev, bundi and coriander leaves.
Spicy and tasty Bhel Kachori is ready.
