Friends, today I am sharing Vanela Gathiya Recipe, વણેલા ગાંઠીયા રેસીપી. Vanela Gathiya is the most popular version of Gathiya, however it seems simple to make at first sight but it is not at all. Celebrity Chef Vikas Khanna once told that, Vanela Gathiya is hardest part of playing with dough. I also faced difficulty making Vanela gathiya, hence I made it today with simple method by which anyone can make Vanela Gathiya similar to Saurashtra Style at home. I also made Papaya Sambharo and Green Chutney served with Gathiya in this video. I hope you would love this recipe to try at home.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups / 250 grams Besan, बेसन
1 tsp/10 grams Salt, नमक
½ tsp / 5 grams Papadkhar, पापडखार
1 tsp Ajwain, अजवाइन
½ cup / 50 ml Oil, तेल
½ cup / 50 ml Water, पानी
1 tsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च
Hing, हिंग
PAPAYA SAMBHARO
1/2 Raw Papaya, पपीता
½ tsp Salt, नमक
¼ tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
⅛ tsp Hing, हिंग
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
1 tsp Oil, तेल
Chopped Coriander, हरा धनिया
GATHIYA GREEN CHUTNEY
5 to 6 nos. chopped Green Chilies, हरी मिर्च
½ inch Ginger, अदरक
Chopped Coriander, हरा धनिया
½ tsp Salt, नमक
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
½ Lemon, निम्बू
1 tsp Water, पानी
Gathiya, गांठिया
