@@shantitanna8033 Islam gave her the permission to refuse to any marriage. No nikah can be done without her saying ‘yes’. Islam simply said that no man can wife his ex wife once divorced. Only in such cases that the lady decided to marry someone else and later on at some point they get divorced or the husband died. In such case, she can remarry her ex-husband. It was a protection given so that men don’t make it a game of divorcing and remarrying their wives. It is Haram and not-permissible to have a nikah with a plan to divorce. There is no such thing as halala in islam. It’s a later abuse introduced by society, specially men, for their benefit.

Dusri baar bhi same isi tarah hua to yaha Dusri talaaq wazeh ho jaayegi. Ab yeh aakhri mauka hoga talaaq se rujooh karne ki. Teesri bar agar Talaaq de di to ab ki baar rujooh ka koi mauqa nahi hoga aur muddat puri honey ke baad aurat apne ghar jaayegi. Iske baad aurat ko pura haque hoga ke woh apney pasand se dusrey mard se nikaah kar le, aur dusrey mard ke saath bhi kuch issue ho jaaye aur Taalq wazeh ho jaaye, ab kuch waqt ke baad agar pehla shauhar dobara se nikaah karna chahta hai (Neik niyat ke saath) to dono ki razamandi se dobara nikah kar saktey hai, naya nikaah nayi meher ke saath. Aaj ke daur mein isi Paakiza amal ko halala ka naam diya gaya hai , jo ke saraasar begairatana amal hai, aur isi amal ka sahaara lekar kuch ghatiya qism ke maulviyon ne paisey kamaaney aur ayyaashi karney ka zariya bana diyahai. Read with meaning as well as with correct interpretation/Tafseer - Surah Baqarah, Surah no. 02, Aayat no. 228 to 240 Surah Talaaq, Surah No. 65 ki shuruaati aayato ke meaning aur tafseer padhein.
