Aussie here! The 'Fatigue Zone' sign at 8:01 sounds bizarre but it makes more sense with context: Our country is so massive but sparsely populated that in rural areas, you can be driving for hours along a boring straight, featureless road that can really easily make you drowsy. So, along one of the highways here, they put in signs every so often asking a trivia question about the region you're driving through, and put the answer to the question on another sign a few kilometres up the road, after which the sign at 8:01 is shown. The idea is that the trivia questions get you thinking and help prevent you from falling asleep at the wheel. I'm pretty sure they change the questions every few months too for those drivers that do the road often!

Snakes are pretty much harmless, 3 1/2 feet is nothing next to the 8 feet a veitnamese blue beauty rat snake can reach in 2 years. "Mildy venomous" means that if you do get bit by the rarest chance, they may give you a mild headache or nausea. Just thought it was funny how he said "shut the zoo down" when theyre so harmless. Also, snakes bite as self defense. If I was that small and a giant hand picked me up, I'd bite it. The best way to pick up a snake is very quickly and confidently so they know that you could hurt them, but since you haven't, you probably aren't a threat
