Lawfull objects of trust and effect of unlawful objects in trust? Could you please make a video for that topic in a day or two please.

Basically section 4 deals with it. Usi m apko yeh dno chzn mil jaye g It talks about both lawful purpose of the trust and unlawful purposes that eventually make any trust void. Anything forbidden by law , having fraudulent elements in it , implies injury to person or property and anything immoral or against public policy.

You can make the same intro Tell them about what is trust , its introduction , the relevant section which is section 4 of the Trust Act 1882. Then meaning of the trust , it’s definitions , objects of trust act , scope and how do we apply this in real life with illustrations. Add some headings like essential elements and creation from which the first step to consider any trust whether it is legal or not. Now expand section 4. Make a diagram of kinds of trust according to its legality and mention both of the names , lawful and unlawful trust. Explain Lawful trust then tell them that lawful trust is valid trust and it has all the lawful purposes in it. Then move towards the unlawful one which becomes void after having some illegality in it. Now expand the headings under it Subsection 1,2,3 and 4. 1. If it is forbidden by law 2. If it contains some fraudulent behavior in it 3. Contains some provisions which are permitted by law 4. Involves injury to person 5. Involves injury to property 6. Immoral 7. Against public policy You can add some more headings and diagrams then explain them thoroughly in your answer.
