happy juneteenth! i hope you guys are all spending this day wonderfully. this story was a little inspired by a fishing trip i went on a couple of days ago and kept wondering what happened if I dipped my feet in the water and got dragged down. as a wise man once said "I am pretty good at turning every place I go into my own personal hell." -chidi from the good place (one of the best shows EVER) my birthday is in 3 days and Ive been thinking about how my last birthday seemed like a month ago... time really flies

Heavens acres is inspired by a real cult in California in the 1960’s. 40 members went to the beach of the town and committed suicide. It’s a disturbing real life incident but it’s definitely inspired by this story
