Hi dear❤, related to your headache, consult the doctor. It's due to imbalance..travel..noise..tummy upset..just climate change could cause it. .B careful..love yourself more...subtle lifestyle helps ..it will start increasing pain n duration as you age...mostly it's a 3 day long continous pain..dark calm room with balm helps...drink loads of water. Avoid pain killer cause that effect will stop one day..better not to practice with pain tablets.. I have reached that stage..no medicine resolves except suffer it 3 long days.Try plain soda ..sip by sip.

Hi hansuu go for homeopathy for migraines , i used to have the worst headaches but now my migraine is controlled with homeo medicines and also avoid taking dollos and paracetamols for headaches it isn't that good for your health. Take care ly ❤️💌

Hey! first you have to confirm whether u have migrane with or without aura which means whether u have any signs like blurring of vision or something.If its without aura then u might be having nausea or vomiting then headache begins at one side.So first find what kind it is cause sometimes it might be due to hormonal changes ask ur parents if they had it just to know if its genetic.Dont take much dolo which is harmful for liver so just increase ur sleep time and reduce ur screentime, avoid using headphones for longer time then avoid junk food check ur doctor
