Thanks for sharing. What’s your view on raised goat pens as I can see you choose to have them on the ground. Has it made any difference.

in our country i have never seen a raised kraals all the farmers i have visited have them on the ground. But in Uganda and neighboring countries i always see online they have raised kraals. Ground ones works perfect for us. We clean them every Friday and disinfect them once a month we later take that manure and put it at the field where we plant for goats.

Yes made the mistake cameras makes us make more mistakes you know hahaha but it really doesn’t matter either is right or left this is just our preference at the farm. It makes it easy to count all the boys and girls in kids.

Hi Its called an expel spray but you can even use super spray or a supona spray its just ti kill any possible infections. In short is a wound spray and its high in oxytetrycline just like any antibiotic at your farm.

There are so many reasons why we eartag sone of them are the following: 1. For traceability and records of the farm 2. Easy to find lost animals, neighbor can call the number on the eartag 3. Easy management of the farm 4. To know the sire and the mother to the kid
