Vacheron Constantin are on a roll in 2022. I'm also amazed by Fredericho from ' Fredericho Loves Watches" this week, tge week beginning Monday the 6th November 2022. ACCUSATION- Vacheron Constantin are fiercely overpriced and at the moment, Grey Dealers will NOT touch a VC in th Overseas range, Strange enough that Fredericho exclusively mentioned the VC Overseas Range. Fredericho neglected to mention that when Tom Ctuise worse than VC Chronograph in May 2022 fir the Top GUN 2 : Maverick premiers, Tom Cruise featured on eight editiond of High Fashion AND HIGH Horology magazines. This expanded to about 64 magazines. This was 'just a standard 2022 Chronograph. It was NOT the knock out VC E222 which blew everyone away. It was NOT the mafnifique Everest in Titanium. It was NOT my favourite VC for 2022 the ultra thin Skeleton, Perpetual Calendar. The list by Vacheron Constantin in 2022 is/was endless. It's two main competitors were faced with re-launching sad and tired looking models. An army of pro-Patek followers were forces to write about the Calatrava and how outstanding the pink or simon dialled October 2022 release. Audimers Piquet had absolutely nothing. They resorted to bringing out older models and adding Tourbillions. European Footballers- dumped their AP's on tte market causing a crash. Roman Sharf called it a 'market correction. ' June 2022 - a European grey dealer did a 40 minute video n clearly citing deliberate market collusion. Grey Dealers for example, buying ALL excess Platinum Rolex watches and stoppedvselling them, This prevented an inevitable crash. However, it was the 40th year Anniversary Patek Nautilus that severely crashed. It's selling price in October 2021 was circa $US450,000. IN February a few very lucky punters picked these up as low as $US25,000 its original selling price. Dealers deliberately collused by NOT selling to keep tge false, high prices that only Oligarchs could afford! The war in tge Ukraine greatly assisted these unscrupulous Grey Dealers who were facing complete wipe out and financially ruin. One month later, the Canadian video exposing widespread corruption was completely deleted. No Reason given.
