Corgis are naturally on the robust side. That's just how they're built. When they're puppies they're not so much, but generally when they're grown, they tend to look like sausages.

Corgis are naturally short, stout and fat-ish looking. Corbin looks like he might be an older gentleman though.

Hahahaha, he looks so happy! My friend's pugs love being vacuumed. They shed a lot and I think it probably makes them comfy to have all the loose hair sucked out of their coat!

I used to vacuum my Golden Retriever and my Golden mix. My other pups have not allowed it. Lucky you, quick grooming and obviously, enjoyed by the recipient as well!

It's not about cleaning the dog. It's to get off as much stray hair as possible before letting him back in. Well, and possibly loose dirt, but it's more about keeping the house and people inside clean, than the dog. My mum uses the tube part of her Dyson with an attachment to vacuum on our 2 dogs all the time. They have coarse hair but they shed terribly. It helps a little. Thank and 500 sticky rollers...

Corbin's superhero name has just got to be "Plush-Pile Pup"! So cute! Our cavalier king charles, Percy, also loved this. Suction and massage for free! Sure helped to reduce the tumbleweeds in the kitchen - we still vacuumed the house every day though! We've had three poodles since then - what hair-free bliss! We can actually wear black! Still, Corbin is mega-cute even with extreme hirsuitism!

I can't believe how much Corgis can shed, I'd swear we had more fur blowing about our yard than could have ever been produced by one dog, regular brushing notwithstanding. It wasn't till she turned 16 and lost hear hearing when we could start using the vac on her, she hated the sound of it you see. :)

What a great idea. Corgis are shed-monsters. They have a double coat with kinky floaty hairs and thick, stick-in-upholstery hairs. I think my dogs would poop themselves from the noise. They're scared of the vacuum.

My parents had a big butch German Shepherd dog some years ago who also seemed to really enjoy having a quick run over with the vacuum cleaner. This was a cylinder version with a long hose to get into all his nooks and crannies! Don't think there was a special "dog" attachment though.
