That’s a pretty cool Bissell, I like those older bagged models from the late 90s early 2000s. Quite frankly when they used to be good/decent for the price, compared to today’s quality and such. It’s pretty unfortunate that “plasti-vacs” now are not worth the plastic their molded out of. I guess the way people treat vacs have a big part of it too, however most vac companies don’t really believe in consumer repair so must of if not all those vacs end up in landfills. It’s pretty sad tbh

Technically yes, but I think out of the couple hundred of vacs I've got, I have only thrown out a couple of them. I try to always fix and resell, failing that I always part them out.

The broken neck on the burgundy shark powered lift away power nozzle is actually more common than you’d realize. I see those into my store broken like that fairly regularly. I haven’t seen one in a minute though. Something about those true pet rotator lift aways those machines had a lot of problems between the plastics splitting and the electronics failing.

I knew the Panasonic would beat the others. That Bissell looks SO MUCH more lightweight than it looks. I was surprised when you said it's heavy. I honestly don't mind spoiler alerts.
