I have some of my mom’s doilies, and I didn’t know if I could cut them up, but I had t thought of using them in my art, to keep the memories going. I love your doily crafts. 😊

Isn’t it something, that way back before the internet these doilies were made, and the same pattern that was used to make mine, is the same pattern used to make your’s, around the other side of the world! 😊 As you were picking through your’s, I kept thinking, ‘I have that same doily.’

Hi Valita, it's such a joy to watch & listen to you, I love your laugh xx I am an avid watcher of Lizzi too, she's so lovely xxx I was wat hing hef create the doily tree early this morning xx You have some gorgeous bits & Bob's xx I will be going through all my goodies now xx I've gone crazy making humbugs which Arty Farty Annie shared with us, I can't stop, but I must,so I can do a DOILY Xmas tree 😂🤣😂 Yes, I collect scarves as well, with the dangly edges 😊😊 I think I'll do my DOILY tree on a gorgeous piece of green velvet ( it was cut from a top from an op shop), I think I'll add some sparkly jewellery bits( as @lore is thinking of doing) & I am going to hang it on the door of the the fire-wood stack,next to our fire, instead of a traditional Xmas tree 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 TFS XXX love & hugs 😍😍

Poor babies. Nature can be scary sometimes. Just remember that God is bigger than any storm, and he protects us. Funny thing that day, I had only just put some water on our apple tree from a gutter-water tank. That storm filled it right back up to where I had it before 😆
