You need to watch SWT’s video titled “Lucasfilm supports my fan film but” Also it’s pretty ridiculous to imagine the heads of a massive company like Lucasfilm being intimidated by someone planning to make a KZbin fanfilm. They definitely don’t watch his channel enough (if at all) to know that he “gets” Star Wars better than the directors/writers they’ve been hiring. I highly HIGHLY doubt there was any hatred or pettiness coming from Lucasfilm about this, they more than likely couldn’t care less. SWT contacted and asked them directly what he was allowed to legally do, and they gave him the same response any movie licenser would give “You can’t make money off our IP but good luck.” At least he didn’t get half way done and then get shut down like what happened to that remake of the old Star Wars KotOR game. It’s more complicated with video game remakes though so that might be an irrelevant comparison idk.

Loved the nod to other starwars bits too like "Anakin was weak I destroyed him" next time he says it he is fighting Ashoka... still sort of at an imbalance.
