Ingredient
left over roti
for poha
2cup poha
2tsp oil
1/2tsp turmaric powder
1/2tsp red chilli powder
3/4tsp salt
1/2tsp mustard seed
1/4tsp cumin seed
1/2tsp lemon juice
1tsp sugar
add water in poha for moisture
pinch asofetidae
curry leaves n coriender leaves chopped fresh optional
for salad
1onion
1tomato
1green chilli
half tsp lemon juice
1capsicum
salt 1/4tsp
black pepper 1/8tsp
u can also add red yellow capsicum and fresh boiled corn
for hung curd
1/2cup curd not sour
salt n black pepper as per taste
