We travelled on 29th May.....at chechat, interchange was not opened towards Kota. Locals might be traveling but it's not advisable for travellers covering long journey.

I would suggest ...Agra to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway (Lalsot) via Bharatpur & Mahwa.....After connecting with DM Expressway at Lalsot ...follow the route which I travelled on till Vadodara....After Vadodara there is a good road to Mumbai.....

Bhai mein mumbai se aa raha hoon aur vadodra se expressway par Chad jaunga. Beech mein kahin rukne ki jagah hai ek raat ke liye... meri journey delhi tak ki hai

Yes, aap expressway ka first strech complete krke ....around 100kms aage Kota m ruk sakte hn....aur agar aapko KOTA se phle stay krna h to Dahod bhi ruk sakte hn.....ya expressway k theek bad Ramganj Mandi bhi ruk sakte hn......kyunki expressway pr abhi khi stay nhi kr sakte

Sure.....First reach Vadodara....then...Kalol-godhra bypass- limdi-thanda interchange to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway - bhapura interchange to Kota via Ramganj mandi & NH52- KOTA- Sawaimadhopur Interchange to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway -Lalsot-Palwal interchange to connect with Western peripheral - exit from eastern peripheral at Dadri - NH91 - Aligarh via Bulandshahr

Take exit at Palwal & move on Western peripheral expressway till eastern peripheral expressway exit near Dadri-Sikandrabad......then connect with Delhi-Aligarh highway91 via Bulandshahr. You can also take exit from peripheral expressway to catch Delhi-Mathura highway but there is problem of road from Mathura to Aligarh. So choose wisely.
