Looks like carprog but since that wont work on any car this must be VVDI. To add keys you need to adjust immodata first. Extract that from the original cluster if you can with the same tool and just write it back onto the new one. You shouldn't even have to adapt keys since theyre read/written also. If you adapt using the wizard you need new transponders and start with preparing dealer key i think. I use AVDI for these cars to extract PIN and just do the process with vehicle data learning and adapting keys with VCDS. Its only immo 3

I may be wrong, but the software used to repair "dEF" in cluster looks similar to VAG K + CAN Commander. Maybe version 1.4. EDIT: I was wrong. The software used here is actually ABRITES AVDI
