I’m actually very moved by this video actually. For the 1st time I didn’t hear the words “I’m sorry I can’t help you.” 🥺😢💕 and actually felt something else. All I wanted to hear that I wasn’t a burden or anything. Been suffering flashbacks for years now. Being bullied and beaten in Highschool caused me to have flashbacks. 😢 I still remember half the things they said to me. 🥺 but I’m glad I don’t feel alone anymore 🙂 Oh I know that song, that’s the lullaby Charlie sang. That sure did the trick. ❤️ music always makes me feel better tbh. 🎶 who doesn’t love rock music every now and again 😅 guilty of being a linkin park fan myself. Honestly I kinda have a bit of PTSD from an hit and run accident I was in a while ago (DON’T WORRY I’m fine physically it wasn’t the driver side that was hit. While I don't have PTSD, I do have horrifically vivid world war 1 and 2 theme nightmares. I remember people screaming over the radio as they burned alive inside flaming tanks. What's even scarier is I remember dying not just where but how and when July 21 1944. And then more than a year later I found a picture on Google of the exact same building taken July 22 1944. Every detail was the same. I never felt such a heavy feeling of dread and fear.

The way dates line up that I had no prior knowledge of and the fact I'm dreaming of specific places again with no prior knowledge that can't be a coincidence. I never believe in bast lives before but now I'm thinking maybe. And a friend of mine showed me a verse in the Bible where it says God will give a second chance to some, so and in that past life I was not a good person. So maybe this life is my chance to redeem myself.

@@mcteen5198 it can be at times. But those nightmares compared to some of the others aren't that bad. In other nightmares I've been killed in every way imaginable. In fact for 5 years straight it was like that every night without fail. Found out that when it started my dad's girlfriend's son had been doing Ouija board spoocy crap and apparently she passed out and got her head on the dresser. It was strange because she had no prior history of this and no rassional reason it happened. After a while I got desperate and actually talked to a priest, he said based on what I said I had an actual demon attached to me, yes Annabelle kind of demon. Thank God that crap ended.

I’m Active Duty in the Navy right now. I don’t have PTSD but I know my uncle who was in the Air Force suffers from PTSD. I remember going to see fireworks on 4th of July out on a lake and knew he was having a hard time. So my dad brought us back to the dock. He was out with a few Army guys out in Iraq and I never talked to him about it. From what I know, when he went out with them, they were attacked and it messed with him. Shows how much one thing can do to a person

I have anxiety attacks, a bit of PTSD I think, too, so this helped. My anxiety has just become worse lately. I needed this...A lot, I think. An anxiety attack may not be the same as a PTSD attack, but I'd like to think that my problems are just as valid as those who suffer from deep PTSD...I just wanna feel like I'm _just_ as valid as those who suffer from PTSD, like soldiers and police officers, I just wanna feel like _my_ problems are all valid, too, for a change. Sorry for the rant. I just wanna feel like my anxiety and medical-related trauma and whatnot is all _just_ as valid as those suffering from any kind of PTSD, I don't wanna feel like I have to fight through the Pain Olympics in order to feel like I'm valid, like my feelings matter, for once.
