My favorite question you asked was, “What supports do you need to nourish your emotional body today.” As always so thankful for you and the practices you share!

About halfway through, my belly began to feel uncomfortable. My mouth began to water and I felt an "invisible" nausea. Arielle said, "Sometimes that can be a lot for the nervous system ... ." and tears came. I'm so happy to sit and sob with my shaking body, feeling gratitude and amazement at the power of yoga, the internet, electronics, the human body, and Arielle Schwartz.

Wonderful! Yoga with a touch of Feldenkrais and the beautiful multilayered image of riding the wave relaxed and confidently. Thank you so much, Namaste! 🌺

That was great! I even worked up a sweat. I am trying this before bed to see how it might help my night anxieties. Thank you Ariella.

Thank you Arielle for this guided journey back to home, back to the root of the root, of myself. Complex trauma creates a feeling that there is no home to come back to, and further convinces that the root was completely severed. Sometimes it can still be very daunting and difficult to find the home and to reconnect with a sense of where the wounded root has regrown with the ROOT. From Rumi: Come, return to the root of the root of yourself. You are a ruby embedded in granite. How long will you pretend it isn't true? We can see it in your eyes. Come to root of the root of your self.

Oh Heather! Not only do I love your comment, but this is just the right poem for my next class. Thank you. I had already named the class rooting down. Not I have the poem to match. 💗

I am so glad I checked out your website. I have been doing the sleep conference and saw you there first, but still need to listen to your talk. I am also a yoga teacher, Kripalu trained and again at Kripalu for Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy training a few decades ago. Huge issues with sleep and a nasty sinus infection that is almost in its 3rd month! Doing this class I had some tiny bit of discharge (gross I know) but there has been none for 2 months so something in me obviously let go. You are a super awesome teacher and I look forward to doing all your classes. Am interested in learning more about the vagus nerve, have followed Irene Lyons for awhile, first heard of her in my yoga community "Yoga With Melissa". I left the community a couple of yrs ago due to lack of funds. Namaste. I am in Cape Breton Island, a very rural area and welcome this space of yoga from my heart and soul. Lucille (Lu)

Thank you so much for your videos. I’m wondering can you do these everyday? Is there such thing as overstimulation of the vagus nerve? I love one of your videos and would love to do it everyday. I’m just wondering if that is safe. Thank you
