Very expensive....only 1900 sq.ft. and spending 60 Lakhs is too much.Huge amount spent for decoration and the space is very less.....A good design is something more spacious,convenient , Beautiful and Economic.....The climate of Kerala is not suitable for full ceiling with Gypsum boards. Plywood with veneer and Wall paper at major areas may damage as the time goes.After 10 years check what will happen.....But the house looks very beautiful and within 5 Cents of Land such a house is Fantastic......

House design is very good and nice. As you replied in earlier comments of others that total cost excluding land is Rs. 60 Lakhs. I believe that this 60 Lakhs is inclusive of construction cost, full interiors with all home appliances. Kindly confirm this. Also mention total land dimension of this house. Thanks
