Dear Bro, Nice Video about the villas but, i would like to let you know that even in united AP Vizag is the 2nd largest city with cosmopolitan culture. This is the biggest advantage for Vizag and the real estate market is always stable and accordingly the growth trajectory. Vizag is the 9th largest economy in India but recently it slipped to 10th position. You can also check the following properties MK One, MVV The peak(Sft is costing around 12000) and many more. Madhurawada,Yendada,Kommadi,Seethammadhara,Asilmetta and now even Kurmannapalem, Gajuwaka with Skyscrapers all around the city.
