These are the type of videos I pay my Internet bill for! ❤ Anyway, Questions: 1. why Rubidium is used and not other atoms? 2. when the BEC is formed, and the small blob of BEC at ~0K temp is falling down due to the influence of gravity, what happens if you touch it or falls on your finger? do you get small frost bite? does your finger surfact temp converts it back to gas? what happens? 3. what was that "acousto optic" device he was talking about that is used to change the frequency of the lasers? 4. what's "re pump" spectrum in the oscilloscope? is the an atomic spectral analysis of the gas collected from the science chamber, that is again pumped back into the system in a closed loop, to save Rubidium? also why do we need spectral analysis on the "cooling" pump and "re pump"? is it to keep a track of the element content inside the chambers and detect if any impurities? 5. Are all BEC setups in all labs accross the globe almost similar? (because I visited one similar at IIT KGP). In that case all these setups are the coldest places on earth :p (FYI, none of them are 0K. even space is little more than 0K and space should be the coldest place in the universe, theoritically) 6. can you share some papers they publised and links, in your practical usage of BEC video?

There's plathora of stuff going on in various such research labs across Indian universities like IIT, IISc, IISER, etc. which are lead by some of the coolest profs in the country and their research assistants/PHD students. U can make this a dedicated series where you can visit one such lab and make a video explaining whats going on in there... this will create great awareness in Indian science-tech community!

But keep in mind, 7 out of 10 people in those research institute got their job by proper lobby😛. Here, income difference between people prevails in way that other people in local job thinks those people might be too smart😆, but trust me 70% of professor don't have any proper experimental plan and those 70% know inside politics also for money and positions they can do anything, they can do phds under bigshot so convinced enough to get faculty position , postdocs etc. Reduce income inequality of country real scientists, physicists will be visible like other countries to whom Physics is passion. So,for GS it is better to stick in explaining videos, not in cool life of professors😁.
