VAILLANT ECOTEC BOILER. How to use, and change temperatures on the LCD display

The new VAILLANT ECOTEC (2012 onwards) has removed the user controls and replaced them with a single LCD display, with a series of scrolling menus.
This is not a user friendly control, and can be difficult to navigate through without the User Instructions booklet.
This video shows you how to adjust the temperature of the hot water, and radiators using the LCD display.
