I didn't know yoga mats could be friendly 😄. Come to think of it, yes, my yoga mat is my most loyal companion. 😊 The only issue with cotton mats is that they slip while doing hata yoga and puts undue pressure on muscles. So, I'm sticking with rubber mats for now.

Do you think you can show the mats a bit slower? I have tried cotton mats before but found them a bit slippery. I'm now trying to find a mat made of jute or straw because I've heard it has great grip.
