There are only 3 possibilities for such extreme suffering: 1) There is no order in creation, no karmic reason behind any happening and there is no God to enforce the rules. 2) It is due to my bad karma in which case, you better have your records ready because I will ask for it once I die. 3) It is part of nityaleela and has nothing to do with my past karma. In this case, I need a very strong explanation for it. In this case, I can ask for anything from Thakorji really.
