At first, i fasted and prayed for him. At last, he broke our thelaw of marriage, and broke the love covenant,. I cried for months. I screamed with frustration and depressions for months. Lots of questions came to my mind why didn't He delivered my husband out of that pit of adultery. It was a most terrible thing i went through. Brother, i understood how you go through. It is the most painful memories for anyone that goes through this path. Remember, God is with you in your toughest time. I encouraged you to read the book of Psalms. Lots of great encouragement in there. Even, you go back to your traditional, you might not find truth peace. JOHN 14:27, JESUS SAYS, My peace, I leave with you. My peace i give to you as the the world give. Unless, you go to your family again, maybe you're not a true follower of Christ. When you're angry, maybe go to God for your worries. Psalm 55:2, "Give your worries to the Lord and He will take for you. He will never let those who are good be defeated". This is my memory verse. I've met my fair share of Christians from all areas n I do have to say, some understand God's teachings n some just have their own awkward, strange, eye rolling interpretations of God's Will. When you take something Pure n mix it with human interpretations, you get what you get as the by product 😅 Believe what you believe in, have faith, have respect, have love towards all mankind....that's God's Will. Everybody is our brothers and sisters, undivided. Division is a by product of mankind's flaw. Respect me in my house. I respect you in ur House.

i don't know what group of church this couple go to, but as me I went a Christians Church for 30+ years, as a believers you need to read the Bible understand the word of God. my side of my family are still shaman but I ate what my family --ua neeb-- and I ate in their funeral food as long as I gave thanks for the food I ate. As a Christians believers you have to truly know and understand who God is. This couple fell for temptations as an adultery is because this couple didn't know and understand the word of God. this couple can't blamed God for their own heart desires of temptations. Because God is good all the time, God never tempted no one. As a believer you should be able to handle anything that hit your life. This couple should forgive each other continue to remind in the church, because it was the Pastor's lust temptations not the this couple. But I guess this couple they are not a true believer this couple just went to church for the wrong reason.

As a believer, I’ve never looked down on others or their beliefs. I’ve met terrible shaman people as well as church goers. What I will say is I’ve never heard anyone blame non believers for their bad behaviors only non believers blaming Christians for their behavior. Religion doesn't make a person good or bad. People make themselves bad by the choices they make. I know plenty of horrible people that cheat, steal, and abuse others that are both church goers and non church goers. Believe what you want but don't disrespect others for their beliefs. I, for one, will always honor and respect the two people that gave life to me over some blind faith "God" that has no part in giving me life, love and support to raise and educate me.

Brother, I'm so sorry and hurt that this happened to your marriage. I am a Christian and Ive believed in God mainly my whole life. I'm so upset that the pastor and your wife ended up having an affair and hurt your belief system and all the goodness the Lord has for you. Being a pastor is a major responsibility and God will not easily dismiss what he did because he knew better and God has called him to do God's work but he was in the wrong and took advantage of his title. The life walk with God is not an easy one, there are many times when you will feel that God is nowhere to be found or that He is quiet when you have prayed and prayed. But I hope that you will encounter many more moments with Him again to reassure you that He has a purpose in your life and that He will help you heal from your heartbreak and unjust past. You coming to Christ has nothing to do with your wife and the pastor, but it is a personal choice that only you can make. I wish you well and pray that you will come across good Christians to help alter your negative perspective of believers. The God we worship is Holy, and that is why many Christians strive to live in the good even though we are still sinners and still make bad choices every day. People have the wrong idea of what religion is suppose to do. I've been both shaman and gone to church. It's important to remember that religion does not make the person. Religion is only a guide on how to live life. It does not mean anyone who becomes part of it immediately becomes pure and good. People who villianize other religions without fully understanding it or themselves are often lost and grasping onto something to make themselves feel better.

Many church people are great! But there are some bad apples who claim they are good. I once had a friend who claimed she did everything because it’s God’s will. She went overseas for months (Laos, Africa, India) for her “business.” She left her kids with her husband or family because God’s work is so much more important. I believe her until things just didn’t add up. Well she’s on her 3rd husband, a young man from Africa she married secretly. She certainly did everything for “her God”. 😂 She’s the biggest hypocrite. A running joke of “God’s will.”

I have an uncle who is one of the xib fwb of alliance church in MN that he got busted by local Lao Government officials at a motel with young Hmong girls. While getting trouble in Laos, his wife is having affair in Fresno's Hmong New Year. This uncle has a box full of adult magazines in this bedroom. God is a forgivable God that’s why Christians used this to commit sins. All they have to do is ask Jesus for forgiven and their sins will be washed away. Where as the non-believers on the other hand will have to live with their sins. So, who’s more incline to commit bad deeds?

Not true. Jesus said, go and sin no more. God forgives but that does not mean you can commit the same sin multiple times and still ask Him for forgiveness. Jesus said, not everyone who calls me Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven. Christians who do bad will not enter heaven and Christians know this. So if they choose to repeat sin, they know they can't enter God's heaven.

Coming from a Christian family now married to my husband who is a shaman. The day I married my husband my sister who is also married to a now assistant pastor to their church told me that if I married my husband she will not attend any of my gathering she also borrow some money from me before I married my husband and threatened me that if I married my husband she would not paid me back but she end up giving me back my money on my wedding day. She also told my mom to stop watching my kids because we are not Christian that we are the devil. Every day she would tell my mom that she is stressing over me cause when I die I will be going to hell and not be able to join them in heaven in the afterlife. But I am happily married to my husband and couldn't be happier. By the way I came from a family who are hardcore Christians.
