Mam, after taking from fridge it starts to develop water droplets and melts quickly, why is that so... How to pack without melting if shipped to relatives...?

It's because of the temperature change we spot some water drops after taking out of fridge(which is common), just wipe it off using tissue. Chocolate wont melts quickly, if it happed then it may be a old chocolate or not melted properly for molding.
