definitely has to be added in our preamble bcoz. It gives the strength to the unity of citizens of India and its emphasis on democracy as secular and socialist ,it doesn't harm any one to add on preamble actually it gives clarity to the PPL of India.

- There shouldn't be any state sponsored pilgrimage. The govt should be neutral. Religion is one's faith. Tax payers money cannot be used for pilgrimage. We should utilize the money in development of good educational institutions, medical, roads, drinking water and food production infrastructure among other key areas. - The meaning of "discrimination" is very unclear. It can mean a lot of things based on each ones perception. For some this might mean abusing a person due to their caste/community, for some it means biased opportunity/jobs system, for some it might mean color - black, white, fair etc.., - When discriminating a person based on their caste / religion is not acceptable, it applies to every caste and/or religion. Past few decades after independence, we have observed that people belonging to open category (OC) have been targeted by some castes/communities taking advantage of the atrocity acts. When an act is made in the parliament, how didn't the so called intellectual think that it can be abused and why did they not included conditions in the act ? It is so foolish to frame charges (non-bailable) cases just by a meagre complaint by the fake victim. Some have taken advantage of the atrocity act and black mailed the OC communities for money and power. This system should undergo through a huge change. The definition of atrocity should do justice to everyone in this country and cannot become a key in the abusers hands. The atrocity act should include every caste, religion, community and sect, fundamentally every citizen in this country and cannot be a relative to only few in the society. - Eliminate the words - minority and majority from all corners of the constitution and the country. If everyone is being given equal rights, we shouldn't divide people again based on their caste/religion/sect. Provide equals opportunities, serve everyone equally. No reservations, no financial assistance, no subsidies, no partiality whatsoever based on the community. - Hindus are minority in many countries. Are those countries sponsoring Hindus to travel to India and visit holy places in India. Then what is the rationale in giving Haz subsidies other than vote bank politics.

@@gopiponnaluri2633 when u have the unclear opinion on discrimination then how did u do confident that considering equal rights for all citizens with no minority and majority basis or backward or high class basis , do people really follow that with ur same positive intent , I hope so no . Still we encountering much racisim, discrimination, inequality and untouchability even today after all this well developing society only those kind of laws that we follow according to constitution somewhat save majority of this kind of atrocities against inequalities. See i acknowledge ur concern, but I'm confident that ur solution made the society chaos , i mean it makes inappropriate situations
@gopiponnaluri2633
@gopiponnaluri2633 16 күн бұрын
@@luffy-itachi2346 All that you have mentioned - "racisim, inequality and untouchability" is related to psychology of the people in our society. Even after 77 years of independence, if we are in this situation, then even after 100 more years also, we shall be in the same situation unless people adopt proper overall living culture. Right to education, discipline, opportunities, food and housing for everyone equally will put this society in a better shape. Abusing the power of all sorts is a mind game that anyone can play if a person is a bit smart irrespective of cast/religion/sect/educated/uneducated. These days I presume everyone is smart enough no less or more. On the similar lines, minority and majority is just a way to derail the development. When we are living in the same country, with the same constitution, why does someone need to be called minority or majority. Treat everyone equally, apply same thing for everyone. My opinion for this country is to have same thumb rule for everyone in all aspects.

It is unnecessary attempt to eliminate the term secular and socialist from preamble because as before 42nd amendment act 1976 ,does our country is not secular or sociolist.our country is impliedly following the path of secular and socialist due to amendment it becomes explicit..it is baseless to debate or attempt to remove this words

Oh,"it does not prevent elimination of religious attitudes and practices". What about the abolitions and amendments to one particular religion while favouring the other? Though I don't support Child Marriages but did they abolish Child Marriages of the only so-called minority just like in Hindu Marriage Act? And this heinous and evil acts are being done on a rampant scale in the states of Assam,Tripura,West Bengal,Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhatisgarh,Telangana,Delhi, Bangalore,Tamil Nadu,Kerala.

Any amendment to the preamble is only symbolic. Removing secular from the preamble won't change anything in the basic structure of the constitution as Secularism has been stated to be a part of basic structure of the constitution by Supreme Court in S.R. Bommai case, 1994.
@shamakrai3310
@shamakrai3310 10 күн бұрын
But you said yourself. It would be symbolic. That means removing Secular word from the Preamble gives the message of rejecting Secularism. That would be counted as a green signal to push religious bias in the administration and governance.
@nightcoreeeeeeee
@nightcoreeeeeeee 10 күн бұрын
@@shamakrai3310 Any changes in administration is subject to judicial review. If it happens to be against secularism it's most likely to be declared null and void later on. The court judgements are based on basic structure of the constitution, not its preamble. I agree that the message won't be in favour of secularism and it may affect party politics in India. However, party politics in India already appears to be against secularism.
@shamakrai3310

@@nightcoreeeeeeee and that would be disastrous for our nation's spirit. Without secularism, Hindus(radical) would demand for Hindu Rashtra and similarly radical elements of other religions would put similar demands. Instead of religion-free society, we are moving towards more religion-filled society.

There shouldn't be two meaning for the same word secular if there is two meanings then it shouldn't be added to the constitution. Hindu religious institutions and temples are in the hands of government but not even a single church or mosque is under the government hands. So india is neither secular nor democratic. Think about it and know about it.

Climate change is happening, Global Warming is happening, Joshimath is sinking (some other cities are next), Deforestation is not stopping, Population is not under control, Pollution is increasing, drinking water or breathing air is becoming difficult in many cities, microplastics are entering our food. But some People are concerned over why "Socialist", "Secular", "and Integrity" words added in 42nd amendment. That's why our nation is not progressing. When the People are wasting their time on secularising-desecularising the country, how can they concentrate on the most important matters.
