If none , then independence is questionable. *Is there any maximum period of imprisonment until which sound evidence must be placed before court , such evidence that leads to certainty that the convict is guilty. Perhaps no. *Can bail be provided in case ED's previous claims were found inconsistent with further material evidence , where ED's preliminary accusations were found to be without any profound base? *Is a background check of the accused , along with inconsistencies if any of the previous statements made by the accused as compared to any other statement which is intended to be used by ED in a court of law. In other words, all the statements must be considered and then reconsider the reliability of such
