While hiring Advocate for legal matters rather than lawyer is more worthy because they having their Bar council registration with them which is the genuine point to know that they are real or not then second one is to know their knowledge about the legal matters having expertise or not can be felt , third I think to see the cases deal by them, these 3 parameters are enough to hire an authentic advocate for legal matters.

लॉयर्स को ऐसा करना चाहिए जिससे उनके ऊपर ट्रस्ट बढ़ सके और ट्रांसपरेंसी आ सके ताकि क्लाइंट को भी doubts नहीं हो

Lawyers writing mein kuch dete hi nahi. Senior lawyers ke Junior lawyers khafi tede hote hai aur woh bahut Pareshaan or insult karte hai, unprepared court mein aate hai and opponent ke lawyer se mil jate hai or case ko dhila kar dete hai.Clients Kuch bol bhi nahi pate kyu ke aap ka case koi dusra vakil jaldi se leta nahi, if you have trouble with one lawyer. aap ka vakil aapko adjournment ki jankari bhi nahi dete. ki date pe hua kya. Thankfully Adjournment dates are now available online( Modiji initiated this)

@@trustscore7525 How does one judge find a genuine lawyer? when taking up the case all behave nice. then the real colours shows. Senior Advocates takes up so many cases that they are not able to justify their client on important adjourments. they send Junior( fresh student) even when you are being questioned in the box. The style of asking questions is so weird( tricky) that an innocent can fail to understand the opponent lawyer language and admit to wrong statement framed by the opponent lawyer. (what he actually means is what the client understands) if the client is not aquainted with the practice, he may end up losing his own case.

सबसे पहली बात: आपको अपना केस वकील तक ले जाने पहले लॉ की जानकारी होनी चाहिए। दूसरी बात: वकील आपका केस लॉ के मुताबिक तैयार कर रहा है या नहीं। यदि नही तो उससे अपना पैसा वापिस ले और उसके खिलाफ पुलिस में एफ आई आर दर्ज करें।
