Excellent review! Thanks for letting viewers know about the buttons getting hot. That is something that other reviews have neglected. Looks like I'll keep looking for an oven with the buttons at the bottom. 👍

I just received my oven today in April 2024, I see some slight differences in the oven when looking at the one in the video. But when I ran it through its break in heat up for 15 minutes I was touching the buttons and it was not an issue at all on the heat so maybe they've improved it on the slightly newer model. But yeah, the back and the sides were incredibly hot and the top was hot but not as much as the other sides.

I bought NINGA XL PRO oven on sale for $200 from Costco few weeks back is larger an this roomier & is a good brand , liking it so far , i wants to get myself out of the Teflon air fryers coz cancer an all jump in stainless steel in everything , this is really nice , Might Purchase this over the memorials day as a gift , if goes down the price ..great review🥰

In the manual they said not to put aluminum foil at the bottom or it can overheat. That might be partially why yours gets so hot. I didn't add aluminum foil to mine and didn't have the same problem with it getting that hot.

we’ve had this for a while and I just decided to read up on it so we could use it. thank you for this video,it really helped me. I am concerned about it getting hot in the front and on knobs. I’m 69 and my husband is 72. probably should purchase some type of heat proof mit.

This thing trips my circuit breaker if interrupt it at all during the baking function. I got the pretty mint green which is now green and brown from the heat. The air frywr function is great but so are air fryers that are 100 dollars cheaper. Tried contacting customer service a few different ways and crickets. So nkw i have this 200 dollar piece of crap sitting on my counter .

This may not be an issue with the device itself I’d suggest doing some troubleshooting and by that I mean take the device and try it on a seperate line sometimes depending on your home you could be pushing the limit on the line try a seperate line from the one in your kitchen and see if the device continues to short the circuit if it doesn’t then you know you have an amperage issue on the circuit in your kitchen and it’s just to much wattage hopefully this helps you some

If you have it plugged in to the newer very sensitive AFCI type circuit breaker then these will trip on everything that uses a lot of juice! Consider replacing the breaker with a normal type breaker. Ask your electrician.

Yes still working good! No I don't think you could cook multiple things at once.

If you are baking something it heats and cooks much faster!

Because they added the basket to it and it's convection oven so now they can call it an air fryer. We'll probably never use it for that function since we have an actual air fryer.

Sorry to break this to you guys but these are absolute junk. Worked good for about one year and then while using the air fryer recently it simply died and will not come back on. Began checking reviews online and discovered that this has happened to several others. Worked great when it worked but after a year it is now a boat anchor. Oh and to note we used this air fryer maybe 10 times total.
