It’s amazing to see the difference in heart rates between these guys. 2:15 Gaze is at 162 while Schuermans is at 191! I assume they’re in a comparable position on the course if they’re being shown concurrently, so what cause such extreme differences?

Nah Sam gaze is in the front group and they weren’t going as hard and getting water / gels while Schuermans is chasing to the front group who has a gap

These races are just too short. I remember back when WCs were 2&1/2 to 3 hours long. They’re not even going to 1.5 hours now.
