There may be some who would say that Val makes for a boring interview since he doesn't bury people, but I say it is a sign of class and that is a credit to who he is as a person. Very entertaining interview!

It's sad that his gimmick and post-wrestling profession will keep him out of the HOF. Very few people made it as long as he did in WWF/E. Most of the rest of the guys with a tenure as long as his are already in. He definitely deserves to be there. He was always really underrated, and he never got the credit that he deserved.

God bless Val he was one of the most funniest/good in-ring workers in wwe I loved laughing with my brothers over his Promos so funny and great for the attitude era

Very underrated looked great was a technician in the ring his gimmick limited him after Russo left and the company went public his push was never the same again

Val was a solid wrestler back in the day, he had the look and some charisma. The problem was that there were too many super talented guys during the attitude era
@richie9308 Жыл бұрын
Thats why the attitude era was great. Everyone was over. Even the lower card wrestlers were over. Even though Stone Cold was the face of the company at the time, they didn't just focus on one guy, they focused on everyone. Thats what's missing today in wwe, they don't focus on everyone. Its like what CM Punk said on Cobanas podcast about John Cena and the make a wish foundation, everyone does it, they just focus more on Cena because he is the face. The more you focus on everyone the bigger the star they will become.

As he would say....Hello Ladies. It would have been cool to see an angle involving Val Venis, The Godfather, Ric Flair and Rick Rude working together or in a feud, and maybe throw in Shawn Michaels and Rick Martel when he was doing The Model character.

@@garyanderson6659 Actually there is a connection between the two, but I agree it is offtopic here. Both parties, like other choices, have their merits and flaws over the course of history. Here's a sample of the relationship between politics and pro wrestling. Ric Flair, Wahoo among President George H.W.
