His customer services is good. He fixes what he can. Problem is he threatens people who show his defects. The ladies have all had bubble in the plastic issues. But he’s not talking about it. His ladies are at a different factory than his SDS. SDS is his best stuff. Covert ops condor is a great figure.

That sucks, my female spec op trooper head was super tight and then the neck ball broke off. I wanted to get this one but might not now.

Am I the oly one who doesn't care for these screaming heads? I love the idea of alternate heads/expessions, these ones just don't do anyting for me. Maybe if I was more into toy photography.

I'll grab one as soon as she is on the store. Sucks to see the issue with the neck, especially for a special version of a figure. I still enjoy collecting both Action Force and GI Joe, but the stiffness of the figures out the box leaves me paranoid when messing with them.

The paint apps, new accessories,and concept had me watching every review nodding my head assured she would be in contention for figure of the year for her price point. The head sculpt in proportion to the neck joint. Is a recipe for disaster. Also what the heck was that joint design ?

Agreed that the SDS plastic does move a lot smoother. Unfortunately, series 3 plastic feels just as shitty as series 1 did. It's a wave of female statues from the waist down. There's no justifiable reason for such extreme QC regression between waves from someone who clearly glorifies the scent of his own farts.

Yeee---ahhh! The way the necks are made kinda makes me not enjoy swapping heads on valas female figures. Wish they would do the neck dumbbell instead of the single sculpted ones.... I noticed that on my standard eclipse when I warmed to swap out her head for the first time it was wear and slight breakage occurring.... I now just keep her with her standard head✨ Warpath looks cool but I'm probably going to pass on her..

Great review. Sorry to see the head issue. I’ve seen the same issue for regular eclipse for a few reviewers. Hopefully you can get it replaced. SDS was really good in terms of quality but the female figure wave are a huge step down in quality with the various issues. I still plan to get the warpath eclipse whenever he puts it online for order.

Oh, Nooooo!!!! This is an "Exclusive" which means limited production...Hopefully, Mr. Vala can rectify your purchase. When I got my regular Eclipse, her ankle snapped right out of the package...They were very responsive and sent me a new boot in about 5 days. But, This is an exclusive custom painted upper torso. Fingers crossed that all works out!!!! Is Eclipse a haunted figure?!?!? (Kidding, Of Course!!!!) Nice Looking Figure, Otherwise!!! Until the Next Mission...Good Luck!!! Peace!!!

This figure should have came with a tomahawk (a modern tactical style one) instead of a kama (sickle). That would have fit the whole look better. Hope they take care of you.
