1st updraft - buy any 2-cost hero from the shop to updraft one 3-cost hero and two 2-cost heroes.
But if a 3-cost hero appears in the shop, it's better to sell a 1-cost hero to updraft two 3-cost heroes and one 2-cost hero.
And if there are no 2-cost or 3-cost heroes in the shop and only 1-cost heroes are available, don't updraft yet. Skip one round and follow the advice I provided again.
The worst hero you can get from the 3-cost hero updraft is Moskov. You can sell him because he is weak in controlling the game.

3rd updraft - don't waste your money searching for heroes after the 2nd updraft because it's better to use it to upgrade the commander to level 7. There's a 40% chance of seeing a 3-cost hero, including Popol. If 4-cost heroes included in your updraft appear, grab them as well. When Popol reaches 3 stars, you have two options: first, save money and upgrade the commander to level 8 to increase the chances of finding 4-cost heroes even more. Second, stay at level 7 and spend money to search for 4-cost heroes using the lowest chance option.
