I think I faced once a one trick valeera running this build, I don't think it's about doing the most damage, it allows her to get in and get out much faster from a fight and then roam freely

There is no sense in faster leaving the fight if you don't get the kill due to lack of burst damage. Assassinate build is much worse for getting kills than Sinister Strike build, especially for solo kills. That is why it sucks.

@@soak_king her Q is already punishing enough when you miss (just like Nova's) But sometimes it tends to just miss completely even if you check frame by frame and it goes through enemy's hitbox

The Mei was spamming pings. Since Fan immediately reported them it's safe to assume he had a match with that player before. You could see the Mei continuing to spam after he unblocked her (reporting someone automatically blocks them). That level of spam is against the rules of the game, though I'm unsure how effective reporting people in HOTS is nowadays considering their entire dev team consists of a janitor at this point.

Just cause there is a spam option to report doesn't mean you USE it. Honestly he was pinging to get your attention to things which if I was a gm monitoring this would have thrown those reports away
