I attended a MMA seminar Valentina and her sister ran back in 2021, and she did teach us the superman punch! When I got my autograph, I told her "I told all my friends I was getting headkicked by a UFC champion" and she laughed. She was very nice and even a bit quiet but very focused and a good teacher. I think she was genuinely still starstruck by how many people showed up from all over the state just to get a lesson with her.
