The foil paper idea is so genius! I actually love it more than the store bought ones as it has more depth due to the die cuts embedded throughout. Your gingerbread themed stuff is too freakin' cute!!

Oh yes, that's how I was storing them. It made it so much easier to see what I have to craft with. And the more that I looked at some of them as I went over looking for dies that I could use, more ideas came to my head. In addition, you're more likely to use them due to easy access.

@@CutesyShelf Yeah, but you'd have to have lots of cookie sheets, no? Or do you only have one for the dies you're using at the moment? This past week, I've been going to Home Depot to get the magnet sheets they use for vent covers and cutting them up to fit the plastic see-through envelopes. I purchased a bunch from Ali which came with terrible magnets and some empty envelopes from Amazon, but needed more so I was looking at some huge clear plastic folders I got from Daiso (5 for $1.50!) and cutting them in half to make huge envelopes for my dies. So much cheaper and bigger and I can customize them for all my stuff. :) Now I love looking at my dies because before, I was just tossing them into Ziplock bags and they'd clump down the bottom and you cannot tell what's what. I feel so much better when my crafty goodies are organized like that. :)

@@doodahgurlie I would just get the cookie sheets from Dollar Tree so it was affordable and working really well for me as I bought shelves from Ikea and had stored so many on the shelf. However with all these design team dies I cannot do that anymore 😂 Sounds like you have a really great storage system for your dies. I can totally picture it. I didn’t know that Home Depot has big magnetic sheets. I’ll have to check it out. I normally get my magnetic sheets from Dollar Tree and a Canadian dollar store called Your Dollar Store with more and those sheets are like twice as big. Yes, when you are organized, it makes you want to craft more.

@@CutesyShelf I actually purchased the magnetic vent dies (it's in the air and vent duct area) from Lowe's, but the one from Home Depot is so much nicer (thicker and the magnetization seems stronger) and cheaper (they give you a discount if you buy 4 or more, which saves you about 50 cents or more on each one). Check it out. :)
