I recently used head and shoulders smooth and silky for dandruff. It cleared up my scalp within 3 to 4 uses and also did not make my hair very rough. The smooth and silky range is very good. Of course you have to use a conditioner or a hair mask after shampooing. But it's really good.

Whatever hauls you post are just like a neighbour friend of mine showing me the stuff she bought wherever she goes. And that lakme face powder is being my go to make up thing from a very long time. Heyyy! Damage is so subjective I feel. You could go to a salon and get an expert opinion if you have someone you can trust, this works well when I feel my hair is dry, it adds good amount of moisture to it!
