I have question about the 2nd Alive AU: Is this in the past as in before they had their son Barry, or is this Michael and Destiny reconciling and Michael becoming a better person?

This is them reconciling. Barry was taken to his grandparents' house, so Mike could take Destiny out on a date. They haven't completely reconciled, though, but Michael is trying to be better for his family, taking babysteps at it.

Question: How does Nora and William feel about Destiny and Brent?

Destiny: William's neutral with her, as they don't really interact often due to Destiny feeling a 'bad vibe' around him. Nora likes her, and Destiny feels the same. They have a mutual respect for one another after hearing about each other's childhoods, which were both not good. Brent: William thinks he's too soft to be a man, and Nora doesn't like doormats, but they both believe that he deserves better than Elizabeth.

Mainly because she didn't want them. Terrence and Giovanni were 'accidents' while Elizabeth was the result of her affair with Mr. Garrison (her new husband) who wanted a child free household (he doesn't mind Michael being around because Aurora told him that he's not like his father)
